Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within this period.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@keouni.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

To get the item you want quickly, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted and processed.


EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason—no justification required. As with all returns, items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We provide a 60 day return policy


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
